He is the founder and CEO of Chrono tech, an Australian blockchain startup focusing on HR-solution and recruitment industries. This platform is building a comprehensive ecosystem for HR and finance, helping reduce or eliminate the barriers to recruitment and payment processes for both workers and employers.
The founder stated that this platform gives people the opportunity to fairly earn the money they should earn. Most employees can’t receive double salary when their workload doubles, especially for those who work for big companies. In other words, increased workload won’t be reflected on payroll instantly. Chrono tech is solving this problem by reflecting the person’s skills and workload upon real-time labor market. He introduced “Labor X,” a crypto oriented freelancer platform that helps connect clients and freelancers. People can find jobs around the globe and receive payment in crypto. He revealed that 10 companies and 2000 freelancers already have started using it so far and the number keeps growing.
