Mr. Saito set up the firm as So Law Office, in 2015 after having practiced law primarily in the field of finance for fifteen (15) years as a partner at Nishimura & Asahi, one of the biggest Japanese law firms. He currently advises domestic and international clients in blockchain, fintech, venture finance, etc. Furthermore, he provides legal advice in the area of VR, AI, drone, BioTech .
He received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from The University of Tokyo in 1997 and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from New York University School of Law in 2006. He is admitted to the bar in Japan and New York.
